The product in the container is good quality, and if you’re familiar with Shilajit it works as you would expect.

However the quantity in the jar is minimal, maybe 5g. It’s almost impossible to get the required amount out as there’s hardly anything in there.

I ordered Shilajit to use as an antioxidant and to improve my body’s immunity. I remember from childhood we always have a piece of mumijo (another name for this wonder) and use it for various purpose. It is packed with minerals and can even improve memory.

I was pleased with the packaging and a quality of Shilajit. It is tough and viscous but not as hard as stone, so you can easily separate a portion needed. On its own, it smells a bit rubbery but considering all the benefits it is a small price to pay 🙂 I am taking it daily diluted in my morning coffee.

Shilajit might be a little pricey, and I am happy that I found this one for reasonably cheap.

It seems to take a while to notice  Shilajit at work but when it does, WOW!

Think of it as a filing system being used to clean all the unwanted junk accumulating in your body. It begins working in one area before branching off to the cleansing of yet another fragmented area. Slowly as time progressed, I have begun to see more areas of positive improvement.

The first noticeable effect was a better, restful, sleep pattern which was a great place to start as far as I was concerned. A good nights sleep flipped the switch, producing less fatigue during the day. Keep in mind, that’s after only one month’s time.
